The Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key delivery and relationship leadership role within the Income Generation team, working under the direction of the Head of Income Generation to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships, Trusts and Foundations support, and strategic funding relationships. This role requires a pro-active, commercially minded fundraiser who can build and manage strategic partnerships while working collaboratively across internal teams to maximise income, brand value and long-term supporter engagement.
Purpose of the Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, managing and growing corporate partnerships and other high-value funding opportunities that contribute significantly to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and high-value supporters.
- Lead on corporate partnership development, including prospect research, pipeline management and relationship building.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate prospects and strategic funding opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality relationship management for corporate partners and funders.
- Contribute to annual income generation plans and targets under the direction of the Head of Income Generation.
- Manage agreed budgets and income targets for corporate and high-value income streams.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all supporter interactions and income on the CRM/database.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting.
- Work closely with fundraising colleagues, retail teams, volunteers and operations staff to maximise partnership opportunities.
- Work with communications and marketing support to develop compelling partnership materials.
- Contribute content and ideas for campaigns, events and digital engagement.
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria
- Third level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of three years demonstrable paid work experience in fundraising.
- Proven ability to secure and manage high-value partnerships and income streams.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of the third sector in Northern Ireland.
- Experience using a CRM or fundraising database.
