Our client, Lena is a leading provider of therapeutic and workplace wellbeing services, supporting almost 400 organisations and reaching up to 700,000 people.

Part of the Inspire Group, Lena combines clinical expertise with a clear social purpose: delivering meaningful improvements in mental health while building a strong and commercially sustainable business.

Lena is now entering an important phase of growth and is seeking an experienced commercial leader to strengthen its sales performance, diversify its customer base and build a distinctive market presence.

The Job Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a multidisciplinary team across business development, marketing and customer success, the Head of Commercial Performance will have overall responsibility for Lenas revenue growth, customer development and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will: Develop and deliver a commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth.

Build and manage a strong, diversified sales pipeline.

Lead new customer acquisition across targeted sectors.

Grow and deepen relationships with existing customers, increasing engagement and service utilisation.

Strengthen customer retention, renewals and overall customer experience.

Lead the development of brand, marketing and go-to-market strategies across both organisations.

Oversee integrated campaigns, communications, events, content and digital activity.

Ensure sales, marketing and customer success activity is coordinated and insight-led.

Establish clear KPIs, forecasts and reporting across revenue, pipeline, marketing and customer performance.

Lead, coach and develop a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team.

Work closely with clinical, service delivery and wider Inspire teams to align customer demand, service development and commercial priorities.

This is a broad and influential leadership position, offering the opportunity to shape how Lena goes to market, build its brand and create a more balanced and resilient commercial model.

The Person We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader with significant experience of owning sales performance and delivering revenue growth.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate: Senior leadership experience within a commercial environment.

A strong track record of delivering sustainable financial growth and achieving revenue targets.

Broad experience across business development, customer management and marketing or brand leadership.

Experience of developing and delivering commercial and marketing strategies.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance analysis.

Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and creating a culture of performance and accountability.

The ability to translate strategic objectives into practical plans and measurable outcomes.

Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management, customer lifecycle management and revenue-growth strategies.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.

The ability to balance commercial performance with organisational values, social purpose and ethical considerations.

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, solutions-focused and results-driven, with the judgement, resilience and collaborative approach required to operate across a complex and evolving organisation.
