We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager helping our users to understand and to get the full value out of Lucanet. This strategic role is vital for driving results that align with Lucanet’s growth goals. In this role, you’ll build a deep understanding of the customer and optimise key parts of the journey for maximum value creation and customer satisfaction.

You’ll own product messaging, positioning, sales and partner-enablement content, communication around new feature launches, and focus on creating tailored journeys for all our customer segments.

What you’ll do

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: You work cross-functionally to identify the best GTM strategies, define GTM playbooks, set appropriate timelines, KPIs, and manage product launches, considering regional dynamics and localization needs.
  • Ideal Customer Profile: You conduct studies, interviews and processes and develop the ideal customer profile, buyer personas and buyer’s journey framework.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop product positioning, compelling value propositions and messaging that clearly communicates outstanding customer value and demonstrates Lucanet as a leading financial solution’s platform.
  • Product Content: Own product content and produce relevant content through creative storytelling and other innovative initiatives to showcase the value our solutions can bring to our customers.

What you bring to the table

  • At least 5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing with prior experience in tax compliance or financial technologies.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing product positioning focused on customer benefits and successful product launches.
  • Familiar with creating buyer personas, buyer’s journey, and ideal customer profiles as well as managing product lifecycle and portfolio.
  • Capability to identify market trends and customer needs, translating insights into structured strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and creative writing skills. Proactive team player with a positive attitude and robust sense of responsibility.
