About the Role As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured home where children and young people can thrive.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help young people develop independence, build healthy relationships, and achieve positive outcomes.

You will support children with everyday routines while helping them navigate life's challenges with empathy, patience, and understanding.
Key Responsibilities Build trusting, professional relationships with children and young people.

A full UK driving licence (desirable).
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is welcomed but not essential, as training and development opportunities are available.
