We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and motivated Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged 15-19 transitioning from care into independent living. This is a highly rewarding role focused on empowering young people to develop the confidence, resilience, and practical life skills needed to successfully move into adulthood and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and emotional support to young people leaving care
  • Assist with developing independent living skills including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and tenancy management
  • Support with education, training, employment, and career planning
  • Build positive, trusting relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and confidence
  • Encourage engagement with community resources and social opportunities
