We are looking for reliable, caring and experienced Healthcare Workers to join our team across St Helens, Widnes and Runcorn. The Role
As a Healthcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing. Your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality personal and emotional care to residents
- Supporting residents with their daily routines and individual care needs
- Administering medication safely and in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Following care home regulations, safeguarding procedures and best practices
- Working effectively as part of a dedicated care team
- Promoting residents' independence, dignity and choice
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a care/healthcare setting
- Have experience administering medication
- Have a good working knowledge of care home regulations and standards
- Be confident working independently and as part of a team
- Be reliable, professional and committed to providing excellent care
- Have full rights to work full-time in the UK
