- Lead and inspire a strong staff team (recruit, train, supervise, develop)

- Manage referrals, admissions, care planning and outcomes
- Deliver an effective rota and staffing structure that supports stability
- Build positive relationships with placing authorities, parents, professionals and stakeholders
- Prepare for and lead on Ofsted inspections, audits and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Existing/Experienced Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Confident in safeguarding, quality assurance, staff performance and occupancy management
- A leader who is calm, consistent, child-focused and ambitious for better outcomes
