Dual Registered Manager for 2 x Solo Homes. One based in Smithdown area and the other in Mossley Hill. Both are 3 bed houses but will be operated as solo homes. The company currently has 7 homes in total and has been operating for over 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for children under your supervision
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff members to ensure the well-being of the children
- Manage and oversee daily activities and routines for children in your care
- Provide support and guidance to staff members in delivering high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records of children's health and progress
Experience:
- Leadership in a childcare setting
- Good knowledge of OFSTED regulations
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of an Ofsted-registered home
- Experience establishing or opening a new children's home
- Demonstrated success in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
