About you You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN. You will lead and develop Registered Managers across multiple services, overseeing quality, performance, compliance, operational risk and the mobilisation of new services. Alongside this, you will provide organisation-wide clinical leadership around complex health needs, clinical risk, delegated healthcare tasks and clinical governance. You will also have significant senior operational leadership experience within the care sector, including experience of leading Registered Managers across multiple services. Experience of complex care, service mobilisation, clinical governance and supporting adults with complex health needs is highly desirable. Key responsibilities Lead and develop Registered Managers across multiple locations. Oversee service quality, performance, compliance, and operational risk. Support the mobilisation and development of new services. Provide clinical leadership and advice around complex health needs. Oversee clinical risk, delegated healthcare tasks, and relevant governance. Support LeDeR, STOMP and STAMP-related activity. Coach operational teams to strengthen clinical confidence and practice. Work with healthcare professionals, commissioners, and other stakeholders. Participate in the senior management on-call rota.
