We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and adults with a range of needs across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
Our support services include working with individuals with Autism, EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), complex needs, learning disabilities and other support needs , including within supported living environments .
About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Your role may include:
Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities
Promoting independence, dignity and choice
Supporting individuals with Autism, EBD and complex needs
Providing support within supported living and residential settings
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting individuals to access the community and participate in activities
Providing emotional and practical support
Following individual care and support plans
Maintaining a safe, positive and supportive environment
Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals
Essential Requirements 2 years previous experience working as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker.
Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex needs
Experience with Autism, EBD, learning disabilities or supported living is highly desirable
Caring, patient and compassionate approach
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to shifts
Right to work in the UK
DBS Requirement Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS .
