Are you passionate about helping people maintain stable housing and improve their quality of life? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Support Worker to join our team in the Warrington area. As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable individuals and families, helping them sustain their tenancies and live independently. You will work closely with tenants, landlords, support agencies, and local services to ensure positive outcomes for those at risk of homelessness or housing instability.

  • Support tenants to maintain and sustain their accommodation
  • Develop personalised support plans and monitor progress
  • Liaise with housing providers, social services, and external agencies
  • Conduct regular welfare visits and risk assessments
