We are looking for
reliable, caring and experienced Healthcare Workers
to join our team across
three care homes in the Widnes area .

The Role
As a Healthcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing.
Your duties will include: Providing high-quality personal and emotional care to residents Supporting residents with their daily routines and individual care needs Administering medication safely and in accordance with policies and procedures Maintaining accurate care records and documentation Following care home regulations, safeguarding procedures and best practices Working effectively as part of a dedicated care team Promoting residents' independence, dignity and choice Travelling between our
three Widnes care homes
when required Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you
must : Have a minimum of
12 months' experience
working in a care/healthcare setting Have experience
