We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our 13-bed Adult Mental Health Supported Living Service, alongside overseeing our Outreach Service. A full staff team is already in place to support you. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drive, ambition and a genuine passion for mental health services. We are looking for a leader who can help develop, grow and expand our services while leading from the front and maintaining high standards of care and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing staff team
  • Build trusting and professional relationships with the people we support
  • Promote independence, choice and empowerment, encouraging individuals to make their own decisions wherever possible
  • Work closely with the home team, external professionals and families to provide the highest standard of support
  • Ensure all CQC regulations and legislative requirements are met and maintained
  • Support the ongoing development and growth of the service

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Mental Health Supported Living
  • Strong knowledge and experience of CQC regulations and compliance
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support

Hours

Monday to Friday 40 hrs P/W Flexible start and finish times to be discussed
