As PR Coordinator, we are looking for a PR Coordinator to support the delivery of our brand communications, campaigns and public relations initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury brand and play a key role in bringing our campaigns, launches and events to life.

About the Role

As PR Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of Luca Faloni's PR strategy through the coordination and execution of campaigns, launches, events and brand initiatives.

Reporting to the PR Management, you will help bring the Luca Faloni brand to life by supporting a wide range of communications and marketing activities. From coordinating campaigns and organising events to managing external partners, supporting media requests and ensuring projects run smoothly, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our brand activity.

This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent organisation, flexibility and a proactive approach. No two days will be the same, and you will work across departments to support the successful delivery of projects wherever needed.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across every touchpoint.

What You Will Do

Campaigns, Brand Activations & Events

• Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of brand events, launches, activations and other experiences.
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules and campaign deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, briefing documents and supporting campaign materials.
• Coordinate products, campaign assets and other materials required for campaigns and events.
• Support photoshoots, content production and campaign preparation where required.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist with post-event and post-campaign reporting and follow-up.
• Provide practical, organisational and operational support across Brand and PR initiatives.

PR Coordination

• Support the execution of Luca Faloni's PR strategy across key markets.
• Coordinate relationships with PR agencies and external partners.
• Assist with the preparation of press releases, media materials and campaign communications.
• Manage incoming media requests and coordinate responses.
• Maintain media, journalist, stylist and industry contact databases.
• Monitor press coverage and prepare regular coverage reports.
• Coordinate product features, interviews, testimonials and editorial opportunities.
• Track campaign activity and maintain accurate records of PR initiatives and results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Brand, Creative, Social Media, Graphic Design and Performance Marketing teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of integrated campaigns across PR, social media and brand channels.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and presentation across communications.
• Provide flexible support across marketing and brand initiatives wherever required.
• Take ownership of day-to-day coordination tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of campaigns, events and communications.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in PR, communications, events, brand marketing or a similar coordination role.
• Experience within a premium, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or design-led brand would be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to support across a variety of brand initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Confidence working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• An interest in luxury fashion, craftsmanship and premium brands.
• Experience supporting campaigns, launches or events would be highly desirable.
