Field Visual Merchandiser – London Based

Location: London, with regular travel across our store network

LUCA FALONI is seeking a talented and commercially minded Field Visual Merchandiser to join our growing retail team. Based in London, this role will be responsible for ensuring the highest visual merchandising standards are consistently delivered across our store network. Reporting to the VM Manager and working closely with our Retail and Store Management teams, you will bring the LUCA FALONI identity to life in every location, creating inspiring environments that elevate the customer experience and support commercial performance.

  • Conduct regular store visits to review presentation, product placement, styling and overall brand consistency.
  • Support new store openings, seasonal launches, campaign rollouts and in-store events.
  • Create compelling product displays that reflect the brand’s premium positioning and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales performance.
  • Provide clear visual merchandising guidance, coaching and training to store teams.
  • Monitor store compliance and deliver constructive, practical feedback.
  • Review performance, customer behaviour and product trends to optimise layouts and product presentation.
  • Ensure windows, mannequins, fixtures, signage and promotional materials are implemented to the highest standard.
  • Work collaboratively with Retail Sales and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution across the store network.
  • Maintain awareness of luxury retail, competitor activity and visual merchandising trends.

Previous visual merchandising experience within premium, luxury, fashion or lifestyle retail is required. Experience supporting multiple stores or working in a field-based visual merchandising role would be highly advantageous. A strong understanding of commercial visual merchandising and customer experience is essential. You should be confident communicating with, influencing and training store teams. Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the store network is necessary. A passion for craftsmanship, quality and the LUCA FALONI brand is important.
