We are seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee and integrate the company’s marketing function. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will define and execute the company’s global marketing strategy, create alignment across teams and channels, and support the next phase of international growth.
The Role
- Leading the company’s overall marketing function and integrating distinct areas into a connected, effective, and commercially driven marketing function, with measurable KPIs, clearer priorities, and strong coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the company’s global marketing strategy across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Align brand, digital marketing, CRM, content, PR, and creative teams behind clear commercial and brand objectives.
- Create stronger planning processes, prioritisation, accountability, and operating rhythm across the marketing organisation.
- Establish clear KPIs, reporting structures, and performance management frameworks.
- Protect and strengthen the premium/luxury positioning of the brand across all communications and initiatives.
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, CRM, brand visibility, and marketing initiatives to support profitable growth.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with both brand equity and commercial performance objectives.
