Visit us at Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role position will support the Human Resources department in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks aimed at attracting and retaining top talents across the UK, the USA, and Europe. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or currently working towards certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the HR field. Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Help maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing. HR Administration: Manage pre-prepared HR documents for signatures, such as job offers and employment contracts. Assist in maintaining the policy repository and monitoring review dates. Support various HR processes, including the administration of documents for performance reviews, training programmes, and career progression initiatives. Some experience in HR administration and recruitment. Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
