To support the next phase of our growth, we are strengthening our Retail function and looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Senior Retail Specialist to help drive retail efficiency, consistency and performance across our retail network.

This is a pivotal role within our Retail team, supporting the coordination and execution of key retail initiatives across an expanding international store network. As our business continues to grow, so does the complexity of our retail operation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems and can bring structure, organisation and momentum to a growing function. Working across multiple markets and business functions, you will help coordinate retail priorities, support operational improvement initiatives, analyse performance and contribute to projects that enhance both customer experience and business results. This role offers broad exposure across the retail function and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their project management and commercial skills within a growing international luxury brand.

Retail coordination

Support the planning, coordination and execution of strategic retail initiatives across the store network. Help ensure retail priorities are effectively communicated, tracked and delivered across multiple markets. Coordinate retail activities and projects that support the growth and development of the retail business. Monitor project timelines, actions and deliverables, ensuring momentum and accountability across initiatives. Maintain clear visibility of key retail priorities and support their successful execution.

Performance & commercial support

Analyse retail performance data and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Support the development and follow‑up of action plans designed to improve store performance and customer outcomes. Prepare reports, presentations and insights to support decision‑making within the Retail function. Contribute to initiatives focused on improving productivity, retail effectiveness and customer experience.

Retail development & process improvement

Identify opportunities to improve retail processes, tools and ways of working. Support the implementation of new retail initiatives, standards and operating procedures. Contribute to the development of scalable processes that support international growth and retail consistency. Assist with the coordination of store openings, retail projects and business transformation initiatives where required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail coordination or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in retail performance and customer experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving and growth‑oriented environment.
  • Advanced digital proficiency, including experience with retail systems, reporting tools and productivity platforms.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency, visibility and decision‑making.
  • Experience within retail, luxury retail, customer‑centric businesses.
