We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join our new retail location within a prestigious shopping destination in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing international luxury brand and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients while supporting the day-to-day success of the concession. You will act as a brand ambassador, building genuine relationships with customers and delivering the high level of service for which Luca Faloni is known. Working within a small and dedicated team, you will enjoy a varied role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience at every stage of the client journey.
- Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standards.
- Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory processes.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

About You
