The role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative execution of the LUCA FALONI brand across all channels. You will shape the aesthetic direction of campaigns, product storytelling, brand imagery, and digital assets, ensuring consistency, impact, and elegance in every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in design, fashion, and luxury branding, and the ability to transform vision into compelling visuals that elevate our brand globally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all brand visuals, including seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, website assets, packaging, social media, and store visuals.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, e-commerce, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful visual communications.
- Concept and oversee photo and video shoots, from moodboarding to post-production, ensuring the brand’s refined aesthetic is upheld.
- Direct the creative design team, external agencies, photographers, stylists, and videographers to deliver world-class content.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, creative innovations, and visual storytelling techniques to continuously inspire and evolve the brand.
Requirements
- Solid experience in art direction or senior design roles within luxury fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree and styling on set is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end campaign and content direction.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); video and motion design skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team towards outstanding results.
- Excellent visual, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
