As our Engine Oils Product Manager you’ll be the strategic force behind our product portfolio, developing market-driven strategies, building strong partnerships and ensuring long-term growth. Your work will influence mobility solutions worldwide and help us deliver products that improve lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Strategy: Define and execute product pricing and positioning strategies for the European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio.
  • Be the Expert: Become the go-to authority on market trends, customer needs and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with OEMs, customers and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies.
  • Drive Growth: Implement data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and capture market share.
  • Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from introduction to obsolescence ensuring commercial excellence every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment or Product Management ideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen and financial insight, leadership and collaboration across diverse teams, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, market and technical understanding of chemical products, organizational agility and proactive mindset.
