- Strategic Networking: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with OEM senior management, positioning Lubrizol as a clear competitive leader.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans tailored to each OEM, ensuring alignment with Lubrizol\’s strategic goals.
- Market Insight: Provide strategic advice to senior management on emerging business trends, influencing decisions across internal divisions and external groups.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze and communicate the business impact of OEM and market changes, transforming insights into growth opportunities.
- Project Leadership: Initiate and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that drive innovation and business success.
