In this role you drive the European Heavy Duty Engine Oils portfolio strategy, pricing, and positioning to strengthen Lubrizol’s market position. You’ll become the authority on customer needs, regulation, and industry trends, shaping the product roadmap and enabling commercial success. Collaborating with OEMs and cross-functional teams, you lead the full lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life to deliver value for customers and the business. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product, pricing, and positioning strategies for the engine oils portfolio
  • Act as the subject matter expert on customer needs, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to influence product development, market penetration, and portfolio growth
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life to deliver value for customers and the business

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and global environments
  • Solid understanding of markets and technologies related to chemical products
