Lubrizol is looking to recruit an Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract to join their Supply and Planning team. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks supporting the Planning processes and Raw Material Procurement processes, helping to maintain accurate records in a reactive and flexible department.
Responsibilities
- Provide Planning Department administrative functions including issuing production plans, batch sheets and labels in conjunction with the Planners.
- Provide general administrative functions including the creation of Purchase Orders, Booking In of deliveries, telephone contact with Suppliers.
- Aid Raw Material Inventory Control including Invoice Reconciliations and Service Entries.
- Have Intercompany and Toll manufacturing interaction including shipping activities.
- Have daily interaction with Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Centre and Suppliers.
- Contribute to overall cost control and planning efficiency.
Required expertise/skills for success
- Good standard of formal education.
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal) throughout all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient Excel user or other such applications.
- Motivated, self-driven, well organized and results focussed.
- Efficient, accurate and punctual.
- Knowledge of SAP/Stock Control systems is desirable.
