How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage and grow relationships with key Paints & Coatings customers across Europe, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Drive profitable sales growth through the expansion of existing accounts and identification of new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with market trends, customer objectives, and Lubrizol growth priorities.
- Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.
- Provide commercial and technical support on Lubrizol's portfolio, including hyper-dispersants, waxes, resins, polymers, dispersions, and formulated solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, utilizing Dynamics CRM to track opportunities, forecast growth, and support business planning.
- Promote sustainable technologies and solutions that help customers meet evolving regulatory and environmental requirements.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales, technical sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and driving commercial growth within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and cultures.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and develop value-added solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Europe.
