The Blackley PT team works in close collaboration with Chemical Design & Synthesis and Applications groups and is responsible for developing robust, safe, and scalable chemical processes. These processes enable the transition of new products from invention through to full‑scale manufacture and provide ongoing technical expertise to support and optimise manufacturing operations. We are seeking an experienced individual to join the PT team. This individual will provide technical support in process development, scale‑up, and manufacturing support, applying scientific expertise to drive projects forward in line with evolving business priorities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead laboratory-based process development activities for new and existing chemical processes.
  • Provide technical support in scaling up processes from laboratory to full-scale manufacture.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve processing challenges.
  • Use data-driven approaches to improve quality, safety, and process robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process technology strategy.
