As an Electrical Controls Specialist at Lubrizol, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our automated manufacturing and process control systems. In this role, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, including control and safety wiring, sensors, and industrial automation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system faults to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Program, configure, and calibrate PLC, SCADA, and related automation platforms to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and maintenance colleagues to ensure systems operate in line with design specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications to support audits and regulatory compliance.
- Consistently apply site and corporate safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
