This role is onsite, 5 days per week (Peterborough, PE1).
Standard working hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 16.30pm (40 hours per week).
Duties
As a Project Manager, you will be managing multiple concurrent projects across a manufacturing production facility in Peterborough where we carry out a wide range of work, such as: plumbing, pipefitting, fabrication, welding, machine moving, structural steelwork, general installation work and racking repairs.
Your primary duties will be
- Liaising between our clients and Lubet’s on-site team of around 8 people.
- Overseeing a number of diverse projects to completion, safely and on time.
- Planning labour, materials and equipment.
- Compiling job-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
- Dealing with enquiries and providing quotations.
About You
You will need to be able to
- Work with safety at the forefront of everything you do.
- Communicate well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Work to a high standard and encourage this across the team.
- Proficiently use a PC, laptop and smartphone.
You must have previous experience managing industrial / commercial projects of the nature outlined above.
IOSH Managing Safely and / or NEBOSH General Certificate would be beneficial, but all training will be provided where required.
