Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process of all starters/leavers to the firm
  • Draft offer letters, contracts of employment and welcome packs
  • Carry out regular check-ins with new starters to the firm and update the engagement tracker and flag any issues to the People Manager

Engagement/Comms:

  • Produce and distribute the weekly Firmwide electronic newsletter
  • Update the Firm's intranet site

Compliance:

  • Carry out Right To Work checks
  • Maintain and update all documentation and trackers relating to the Firm's VISA sponsorship licence

Reporting:

  • Produce monthly reports from HRIS to include sickness & absence reporting
  • Produce monthly benefits report to send to payroll
  • Ad Hoc reporting as requested by the People Manager

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with the organisation of assessment centres for annual trainee intake
  • Oversee and administer the Firm's annual work experience program
  • Assist with the administration of the Firm's quarterly performance review cycle
  • Maintain ad-hoc benefits tracker
  • Update the Finance team of all monthly payroll changes
  • Draft all documentation relating to salary reviews
  • Liaise with the Firm's benefits intermediary to ensure that all benefits schemes are up to date with new starter/leaver information

HRIS

  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (prior experience of HiBob would be an advantage)

  • Professional and discrete approach to handling confidential information
  • A 'can-do' flexible approach required working within a small team
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs
