  • You will prepare or review corporate tax returns for technical risks and planning opportunities.
  • You will assist with tax planning and advisory services.
  • You will assist partners with corporate and OMB projects/consultancy work, resolving complex and varied issues.
  • You will identify and develop advisory opportunities from the firm’s clients.
  • You will provide direction and support to junior staff members on all aspects of compliance and consultancy work.
  • You will prepare technical material such as factsheets and articles.
  • You will build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues within the firm.
  • You will provide guidance to audit and accountancy teams and work towards being considered to be a subject matter expert.
  • You will prepare and present/assist in the preparation of external/internal presentations and training courses.
  • You will assist in marketing initiatives, such as the preparation of factsheets, tendering to prospective clients etc, as required.
  • You will maintain awareness of UK taxation developments and other relevant taxation and accountancy developments.
  • You will control lock-up on allocated jobs or projects, including billing and debt collection.
