Lua is looking for an Head of Growth to own the end-to-end growth motion for Workspaces. You will own signup to paid activation, build the product-led growth loop, and hire a team to run experiments across product, analytics, and marketing.
You will instrument activation, measure CAC/payback, and shape the growth roadmap from day one. You will work directly with founders, design a scalable growth stack, and drive a data-driven culture with a focus on measurable impact.
