Lua is hiring a Head of Growth to own the activation-to-paid lifecycle for Workspaces, starting from the first signup and expanding into teams and enterprises.
You will design the activation, instrument it, and own the growth experiments, readouts, and prioritisation.
You’ll build the growth stack with event tracking, analytics, attribution, A/B testing, lifecycle and email automation, and self‑serve dashboards trusted across the company.
