Lua is seeking an experienced customer-facing technical professional to own the technical win from discovery to signature. You will shape architecture around a customer’s real stack, including ERP, payments, or claims platforms, and deliver a live agent demonstration grounded in their data.
You’ll run discovery interviews, architect the solution, present demos to both technical and business stakeholders, and ensure security and data isolation considerations are addressed to win regulated deals.
