Co-Founder @ Lua AI (YC F25) | Enabling developers to launch enterprise-grade agents reliably at scaleThe Role:

Special Projects: Lead projects that don\’t have a natural home, from launching a new market pilot to researching and implementing a new feature.

Operations: Build and optimize internal processes to help the team scale. You will identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become issues.

Support cross-functional coordination – work across teams to align priorities.

Growth & BD: Act as a bridge to the market. You\’ll run sales experiments and help nurture early-stage partnerships.

Research: Conduct deep-market research and data analysis to provide the founder with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.

Founder Leverage: Manage high-stakes follow-ups, draft external communications, and prep presentations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., high-growth startup, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or previous founder experience).

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills.
