The Role:
- Special Projects: Lead projects that don't have a natural home, from launching a new market pilot to researching and implementing a new feature.
- Operations: Build and optimize internal processes to help the team scale. You will identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become issues. Support cross-functional coordination - work across teams to align priorities.
- Growth & BD: Act as a bridge to the market. You'll run sales experiments and help nurture early-stage partnerships.
