Role: Multi Trade (UPVC)

Salary: GBP34,000+ Call out + Overtime

Location: Epsom, Crawley, Redhill

Environment: Housing Maintenance

The Company: Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.

The Role:

  • UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade
  • Receive & complete works via PDA device
  • Work safely in accordance with H&S
  • Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Social Housing experience preferred
