LTSB Birmingham programme is seeking a Regional Programme & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our work across Birmingham. This varied role combines programme delivery, schools engagement, employer partnerships and youth employment support to create meaningful career pathways for young people from underrepresented backgrounds.
