Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience designing Azure integration solutions, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIs.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Dynamics ALM.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and user-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Lead solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Drive Power Platform adoption, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Design API-led integrations using Azure technologies.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM solutions.
- Champion architecture best practice, governance, and continuous improvement.
