We are looking to secure the services of a new Senior Property Manager. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Senior Property Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of properties, ensuring they meet company standards. They manage budgets, customer relations, and compliance with regulations, while also supervising property staff and coordinating with vendors. Ultimately, their role is to provide a well-maintained, safe, and customer-satisfying living environment.
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 5 property specialists and be accountable for:
- Property Operations: Oversee the efficient management and maintenance of shared ownership properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and property value preservation.
- Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of service.
- Budget and Financial Management: Manage property budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in shared ownership or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of property regulations and standards.
