We're working exclusively with an established, purpose-led organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a large Dynamics environment, working on high-profile digital transformation projects that have real business impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Design scalable, secure and user-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Lead solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules.
- Drive Power Platform adoption, including Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Design API-led integrations using Azure technologies.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM solutions.
- Champion architecture best practice, governance and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience designing Azure integration solutions (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs).
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and Dynamics ALM.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
