Our client are seeking an experienced Shared Services Director to join the Executive Team and lead the delivery of high-quality, efficient central services that support organisational performance and growth on an interim basis.

You will oversee key functions including Finance, HR, IT & Data, Estates, Procurement, Governance, and Marketing—driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

A key focus of the role will be leading transformation through the effective implementation and optimisation of a new ERP system, improving efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in delivering shared services transformation within a complex environment.
