Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a solid background in reporting to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.

As the IT Change Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, playing a critical part in delivering regular reports on IT function metrics and supporting workflows and documentation.

Key responsibilities as the IT Change Manager:

  • Develop high-level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems.
  • Effectively integrate systems and business processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adopt a customer-focused approach to ensure that changes deliver tangible value to the business.
  • Lead all aspects of the reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Create, implement, and maintain a report depository to provide data and analytics to senior teams in a timely manner.
  • Implement and manage a reporting schedule that aligns with the business needs, adapting to varying demands and handling ad-hoc requests as required.
  • Analyse key performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with commercial and reporting disciplines to ensure reporting quality aligns with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
