Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a HR Business Partner. This is a hands-on strategic role and part of the group leadership team. Focused on recruiting, developing and retaining the talent needed to scale the business rapidly and achieve the organisation’s goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will act as the lead for the Group’s positive culture and progressive values.
Key requirements for the HR Business Partner role:
- Partner with Group Leadership to achieve HR goals
- Define our talent development and colleague engagement model
- Develop Group HR policies and processes to support best-practice
- Lead and coach the business with compassion and empathy through change and transformation
- Act as an organizational coach, who builds capabilities, reduces complexity and maximizes team performance
- Handle direct recruitment efforts
- Provide HR support and advice to all colleagues
- Develop and drive our Environmental, Social and Governance approach and initiatives across the group
- Co-ordinate with our PLC’s central HR team to share, learn and drive best practices
- Drive HR acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition activities
