Our client is a rapidly growing UK-headquartered B2B SaaS business with an international footprint looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join their lean, high-performing finance team. Remote role. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on individual contributor role with ownership across cash flow, working capital, revenue recognition, and key management and lender reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys operating autonomously, taking ownership, and working within a fast-paced technology environment where automation and AI are increasingly embedded into finance processes. Key responsibilities as the Financial Reporting Manager will include: * Producing and owning the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and weekly liquidity reporting. * Managing working capital, aged receivables, and collections to protect cash and minimise DSO. * Escalating and resolving overdue items, particularly those beyond 60 days. * Owning deferred income and revenue recognition, including reconciliation to CRM data, SaaS metrics, and month-end KPIs. * Maintaining the share capital and deferred income areas of the balance sheet, ensuring a clear audit trail. * Preparing board pack inputs and owning the monthly lender reporting pack. * Ensuring covenant and lender reporting data is accurate and delivered on time. * Supporting company secretarial activities, including Com...
