Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud specializing in PWA Kit and SFRA to design and develop scalable eCommerce solutions.
Job Description:
- Design, develop and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with expertise in PWA Kit and Salesforce Reference Architecture SFRA.
- Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library, asset slots, promotions, campaigns, site preferences, catalogues and product management.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components leveraging ISML templates, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SCSS and Bootstrap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality gates and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations.
- Stay updated with emerging Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers during all phases of the project including design, development, testing and deployment.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability and compliance with best practices.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with QA, UX/UI and product teams to deliver seamless digital consumer experiences.
- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize platform performance and user engagement.
