Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies.
Communication Reporting
Conduct regular status meetings with customers and internal teams, documenting decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver reports on project performance, risks, and insights for leadership and partners. Contribute to the enhancement of onboarding processes and project management methodologies. Stay current with industry trends, Azure migration practices, and customer-centric approaches.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Proven experience in Azure Migration or Cloud Migration projects
- Strong understanding of presales processes and partner engagement models
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents and SOWs
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Azure certifications will be preferred
- Knowledge of RACI frameworks and governance models
