As part of their wider Transformation Programme, currently shaping several projects. As part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP to replace their existing on-prem Oracle EBS (BORIS), require a full-time business analyst to lead process improvement and architectural design initiatives within Clients Transformation/Operations team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in mapping "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, defining business capabilities, and driving architectural alignment across IT and business units. Analyst would closely work with stakeholders, utilizing process mapping to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.

Experience: 6+ years in a business analyst role with a focus on process design, process optimization, or business architecture.

Modelling Tools: Proficient in modelling tools like MS Visio, or Blueworks Live. Deep understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, Oracle Fusion Standard Process and translate them into process maps.

Communication: Strong stakeholder communication skills, an ability to work independently and a logical approach to requirements definition will be essential. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.

Cross functional Communication: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key architectural artifacts including business capability maps and value stream maps.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions focused on requirement gathering, negotiation and consensus building.
  • Ensure all business architecture deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry best practices.
  • Drive the analysis and design phases of business architecture within transformation projects.
  • Act as a vocal client-facing representative demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborate across multiple geographies including UK, Europe and India to support global initiatives.
  • Mentor junior business architects and contribute to team capability development.
