Our successful technology business serves over 2000 global customers and now, we are in a process of expanding. LTM is extending its technology business with specific expansion plans in the UK.

As part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP to replace their existing on-prem Oracle EBS (BORIS), we require a business analyst to lead process improvement and architectural design initiatives within the Clients Transformation/Operations team.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in mapping 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes, defining business capabilities, and driving architectural alignment across IT and business units. The analyst would closely work with stakeholders, utilising process mapping to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.

Experience:

  • 6+ years in a business analyst role with a focus on process design, process optimization, or business architecture.
  • Deep understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, Oracle Fusion Standard Process and translate them into process maps.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
