London UK FTE Salesforce Business analyst Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives business processes challenges and opportunitiesConduct workshops interviews and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirementsAnalyse current state processes and identify areas for improvement and optimizationDefine future state business processes and recommend solutions aligned with business goalsPrepare business requirements documents BRD functional specifications user stories process flows and use casesPerform gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysisCollaborate with cross functional teams including product engineering QA and operations teamsSupport solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirementsFacilitate stakeholder reviews requirements signoffs and change management activitiesAssist in user acceptance testing UAT training and deployment activitiesPresent recommendations and project updates to senior management and clientsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration engineering information systems computer science or a related field5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in consulting transformation or advisory engagementsExperience working with enterprise applications such as CRM ERP CPQ CLM Salesforce platform.
