Job Summary
As part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP to replace their existing on-prem Oracle EBS (BORIS), we require a business analyst to lead process improvement and architectural design initiatives within the Clients Transformation/Operations team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in mapping "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, defining business capabilities, and driving architectural alignment across IT and business units. The analyst would closely work with stakeholders, utilising process mapping to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in a business analyst role with a focus on process design, process optimization, or business architecture.
- Modelling Tools: Proficient in modelling tools like MS Visio or Blueworks Live. Deep understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, Oracle Fusion Standard Process and translate them into process maps.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder communication skills, an ability to work independently and a logical approach to requirements definition will be essential. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Desirable Skills: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
